Amy is a Certified Child Life Specialist with 20+ years in the healthcare system. In the last five years she has gathered more training in holistic care in order to address the needs of the mind, body and soul. Her personal health journey started with a lot of dysfunction and health issues in which the root causes were not addressed with traditional medicine. She is passionate about sharing her experiences and all the wonderful modalities that aided in her healing journey. Amy especially has a passion in working with children, but also adults, that have struggled in the traditional medical setting. In every interaction, she aspires to help people feel seen, heard and understood. Her desire with biofeedback is to indeed find the root cause of health problems and symptoms. Her goal is to detoxify, optimize and nourish the body with holistic therapies and nutrients to help awaken your body’s own healing potential! Amy is a mom of two amazing ballerinas and a golden doodle and when she isn’t found in her biofeedback practice you will catch her on her yoga mat.
